The Russian delegation to the OPCW will hold a briefing on Thursday in The Hague at which it will present "some Syrians to speak about the reported Douma incident", the agency's statementsaid.
"Today we can prove that the footage of the White Helmets is a crude staged action, and that the UK, US and France were afraid to look into Diab's eyes", he said. He was referring to the Syrian rescue group. "No one suffered from chemical exposure".
Russian Federation has organized the briefing on Thursday at the headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons with about 15 Syrians, including at least three young children.
Chemical weapons inspectors from the OPCW made a second visit to Douma, the site of the chemical attack on Wednesday, collecting samples from a new location that will be analysed.
The meeting comes on the same day that an global conference gathering more than 70 countries in Paris focuses on combating terror financing. As we wait for the report of O.P.C.W., we think there's plausible claim by the Assad regime that it was the USA -backed rebels that discharged the poison gas.
France notably offered to play the role of intermediary between the United States and Russian Federation.
The Syrian entourage was then presented to the media at a freakish press conference in which the opposition activist's video of each of them in the hospital on the night of the attack was projected onto a big screen behind them as they delivered prepared remarks to reporters.
Instead they are holding a briefing inside the OPCW with Syrians they've brought from Douma who, we are assured, will tell member states that they weren't victims of a chemical attack.
About 15 Syrians, including at least three young children, arrived at The Hague headquarters of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in a coach before being ushered inside.

The United States, France and Britain boycotted the meeting.
Eight years into the conflict, more than 13 million Syrians are in need of humanitarian assistance; about a quarter of the population is displaced in neighboring Lebanon, Jordan and Turkey, according to the United Nations.
Bassil said that the "international community should stop encouraging Syrians to stay in Lebanon and not return to Syria". "Everyone in Russian Federation says that, God forbid there is another war, we lost 27 million people in the last war, all we want is peace".
One child, identified by Syrian government-provided translators as 11-year-old Hasan Diab from Ghouta, said he had been to a hospital after the attack.
The United States, United Kingdom and France launched air strikes on a number of targets in Syria on April 14, allegedly in response to a chemical attack in the city of Douma, a Damascus suburb.
Although it contradicts the Russian claim that no gas was used anywhere in Douma, and the images from the hospital were fabricated by the White Helmets at the direction of British intelligence, video of Nuseir's AP interview was obtained and posted online by Press TV, an English-language channel owned by Syria's ally Iran.
The French envoy to the OPCW Philippe Lalliot also blasted the Russians.
As Peter Wilson, U.K. representative to the OPCW, noted in his statement, that Britain and its allies will not tend the briefing stressing that "the OPCW is not a theatre".
