Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 48.
Sunday: A 50 percent chance of showers.
Heavy rain and high winds will stretch into the afternoon, and forecasters cautioned that some parts of MA are at risk for flooding that could impact the evening commute and power outages. The chance of rain is 90 percent. West winds around 5 miles per hour.
Thursday will be the warmest day of the week with highs in the mid 50s to low 60s as it turns a bit breezy before stronger winds return Friday with highs just a couple degrees cooler but still well above average for this time of year. Low: -7. Day: Partly cloudy and cold. Wind chill values -15 to -20 degrees. Northwest winds 10 to 15 miles per hour. The expected high temperature is right around 40 degrees.
