Taylor Swift Testifies In Court Over DJ Who Allegedly Touched Her Inappropriately
Mueller's hand is behind Swift but it is not clear where it is placed.
Swift has asked for one dollar in damages if she wins.
The final verdict of the incident will be decided by a jury of six women and two women.
During her testimony, Swift was shown the photograph and reiterated her accusations. Her legal team has submitted the photo for evidence. She countersued, accusing him of assault and battery. "I thought it was a violation of her body".
When pressed if she thought Mueller got what he deserved when he was sacked, Taylor said: "I don't feel anything about Mr. Mueller".
Around noon, Mueller's attorney, Gabriel McFarland, rested his case, the lawsuit Mueller filed against Swift.
On Tuesday, Muellertestified that Coomer said he met Swift before the show and had his hands on her backside.
He testified his hand was touching her skirt after he put his arm around her and their arms got crossed. "You can ask me a million questions - I'm never going to say anything different". "I have seen hundreds of meet-and-greet photos", Call said, adding he had never seen any with hands positioned like Mueller's.
Also, the best thing to come out of this ordeal has to be the courtroom sketch of Taylor and the subsequent reaction from her fans.
David Mueller maintains his stance that the allegation against him is false.
"Yes, she did not have her hand on my ass", Swift replied. He says he was standing nearby and could see both the front and back of Swift.

Taylor Swift faced her alleged assaulter in court as she told jurors that he deliberately groped her bottom during a fan meet-and-greet session. "I know it was him".
Mueller sued first, blaming Swift for getting him fired.
Simbeck was the final witness of the day. Her radio promotions director, Frank Bell, told Mueller's bosses at KYGO, who fired Mueller two days later after conducting their own investigation.
Call said he was "shocked" and "embarrassed" upon learning about the incident and anxious how it would reflect on the station. First, that Swift must be lying because she didn't immediately ask for help and move away from her alleged abuser, and second, that she didn't "look" like a victim of assault because she didn't look upset in the photo. Immediately, Taylor had the 55-year-old escorted from the premises, with the singer's management alerting his employer of what had happened. Call concluded that he was lying and chose to fire him.
The Denver radio station took the allegations seriously and severed Mueller's $150,000-per-year contract. Coomer called it a lie.
Swift's attorney, Douglas Baldridge, said that the star is asking for a $1 verdict because she's "not trying to bankrupt this man".
"It is an absolute lie", he said.
Taylor Swift has testified in court to say she was groped by a DJ and that it was "very long" and "intentional".
Swift is now a party to an action that is taking place in the federal court system in Denver, Colorado.
"I wanted to vomit and cry at the same time", Andrea Swift said.
