Mostly cloud, some rain in the forecast for the weekend

Cloudy, with a high near 84. Winds will start from the southeast at 12 miles per hour and will stay around 12-14 miles per hour all day, but by evening, the storms will come from the south.

Friday Night: Mostly clear - low around 61. East wind around 5 miles per hour.

Sunny skies and high temperatures in the mid 80s are in the forecast today for Auburn and Cayuga County. Northeast wind around 5 miles per hour becoming calm in the evening.

Thursday Night.Partly cloudy. A chance for showers.

Tonight: Partly cloudy, a 20 percent chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms and a low of 67. South wind around 6 miles per hour becoming calm in the evening.

Partly cloudy. High: 93.

Monday night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy with a low around 68.

Scattered thunderstorms are possible Wednesday afternoon, with more widespread thunderstorms possible Thursday evening into early Friday morning.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with a high near 87. Lows will be in the mid-70s with a 50 percent chance of rain. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent. Sunny, with a high near 85.

Thursday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1 pm.

Friday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Highs will be in the upper 80s with a 50 percent chance of rain.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 76.

There will be a chance of thunderstorms Wednesday through Saturday, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. Both Sunday and Monday will have partly cloudy skies in between any showers.
