Asus ZenFone 4 Series Tipped to Debut Next Month
Believing on leaks, it has been expected that the Zenfone 4 smartphones would be unveiled next month in Taiwan. The images published by Asus suggest at least one of the ZenFone 4 series phone will feature dual-camera setup.
Just two days earlier, a report from Android Pure confirmed that Asus is gearing up for launching its much awaited ZenFone 4 on 17th August, at an official event in Taiwan and now, the company has released a confirmation teaser, hinting that Asus ZenFone 4 is going to be officially released soon. Asus has not revealed the launch date of upcomig series of smartphones.
Asus Zenfone 4 Max is priced at RUB 13,900 (Rs 15,000 roughly), which makes it affordable despite the feature-rich configuration. As previously reported by some reliable sources, Asus is gearing up to launch ZenFone 4 in multiple variants, and now a multiple ZenFone 4 screenshot, showing four variants of ZenFone 4 being certified by NCC.
In terms of design, we expect the new phones to fall in line with the already-launched Zenfone 4 Max, which boasts a metal unibody and a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass for the display.
The ZenFone 4 Selfie had made an appearance on the GFXBench database recently, so we do know that the handset sports a 5.5-inch 1080p resolution display and runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset under the hood. The handset's internal storage can be further expanded up to 256GB via the microSD slot.
Other specifications on the ZenFone AR include a 23 megapixel rear camera plus a motion tracking and depth sensing rear camera.On the front of the device is an 8 megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The ZenFone 4V is expected to be a Verizon Wireless variant of the ZenFone 4 and will be sold in the U.S. exclusively by the Big Red carrier.
