Use your own voice to guide you home, with Waze's recording feature

Waze Update Lets You Record Your Own Voice for Turn-by-Turn Directions
The feature is simply called the Waze voice recorder, but instead of just recording random thoughts that you have (if you're that kind of person), this one will let you record yourself or someone else and then use that as your app's default turn-by-turn navigation audio.
It's unfortunately only available in the latest version for Android, it's not in the iOS version. So sorry, no baby talk recording for you. And if you take a different turn than the navigation says, you can listen to yourself yell at you to turn around. But who said you had to record your own voice?
Granted, many people don't like the way how they sound when they hear their voice recorded.
After opening, you will see a ton of directions you'll need to record your voice for.
Add some personality to your driving directions with Waze!
Waze is a community-based traffic and navigation app that improves your daily commute. You can use whatever voice you want, whether it's your normal voice or you trying to imitate your favorite character. To access the voice recorder and to record voice, go to Waze settings, followed by Sound & Voice. If you're exhausted of the voices expiring or you'd just rather hear your own crooning vocals, Waze for Android now has the solution. Just make sure your friend has a good sense of humor.
